Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available.
Shipping Methods
HelixCore Labs offers shipping through trusted domestic carriers. Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly.
If a package is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
HelixCore Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of laboratory research products, all sales are final.
Products cannot be returned once shipped.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Incorrect item received
- Product damaged during shipping
- Order not fulfilled by HelixCore Labs
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photographs or supporting documentation.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
